NCpack® is activated inside the pouch. No separate mixing container, foam dispensing machine or compressor is required.
Apply pressure
The two components are kept in separate sections inside the pouch. Pressure opens the internal barrier.
Mix inside the pouch
The components are mixed inside the pouch without using a separate container or mixer.
Place into the box
The activated pouch is placed at the bottom, side or top area of the product.
Let it expand
The foam expands inside the pouch and creates cushioning support inside the box.
