What is NCpack® Packaging Foam?

Does NCpack® require a foam machine?
No. NCpack® is activated inside the pouch and does not require a foam dispensing machine, compressor or special equipment.
How does NCpack® work?
The internal barrier is opened by applying pressure. The two components are mixed inside the pouch. The foam expands and forms a cushioning support inside the shipping box.
Does the foam touch the product directly?
No. NCpack® works inside the pouch, so the foam is not poured directly onto the product surface.
Which products can be protected with NCpack®?
NCpack® can be evaluated for glass, ceramics, lighting products, electronics, spare parts, medical equipment, samples and other fragile or irregularly shaped products.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Share product dimensions, box size, weight and target protection level to request suitable NCpack® samples.
How long does NCpack® foam take to harden?
After activation, the foam expands and takes shape around the product within approximately 30 to 60 seconds. Full hardening time may vary depending on ambient temperature and pouch type.
Can multiple NCpack® pouches be used in one box?
Yes. Especially for large, heavy or highly fragile products, multiple NCpack® pouches can be used for base support, side support and top closure. Sample testing is recommended for proper placement.

Yes. NCpack® is a trademark registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPMK) under reg. no. 2025/130458, with 10-year protection. The trademark registration certificate can be downloaded from the Documents page.
